Job Profile:
- Troubleshoot and resolve common ERP-related issues or escalate complex issues to the IT or ERP specialist team
- Provide first-level support for ERP system users, ensuring timely responses to queries and issues
- Drive and own the functional work steam with the support of ERP Lead, from design and set up through testing and finalizing functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and ERP solutions
- Ensure that routine system maintenance and backups are executed as per the established schedule
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business data entered or accessed through the ERP system
- Participate in system enhancement projects by gathering user feedback, performing basic testing, and documenting system changes.
- Assist in the implementation of new ERP modules or features as directed by senior management

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree with a preference for degrees in Finance/Accounting or IT related fields
Preference will be given to Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Resource
